Organizational model 231/01
In addition to the already existing Management System, Minerva has also implemented the Organizational Model under Legislative Decree 231/01, which includes a set of rules and organizational procedures aimed at preventing offences from being committed.
On May 19, 2017, the board of Directors voted in favour of adopting the model and appointed the supervisory body which is responsible for ensuring that it is properly implemented.
In order to ensure adequate knowledge, understanding and application of the model by the members and employees of the company, training sessions for the whole staff were carried out on the various worksites.
